Ted has been in the IT industry for over 35 years. An experienced application developer, project manager, network analyst, strategic planner and Chief Information Officer of multiple healthcare organizations in both the private and public sector. He has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer for one of the largest utility companies in the country. He has extensive experience with RIS, PACS, EMR, Practice Management, and medical billing applications. His international work experience includes, designing and implementing a complex international data network with a US based BPO.
Ted is a highly motivated leader with outstanding communication skills. He has successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development and deployment of technology solutions, utilizing both people as well as the process. He has managed budgets in excess of $10M.
Ted's accomplishments includes being a devoted husband and family man as well as an award winning Spaniel Bird Dog breeder as well as competitor.

John (Jack) Colbert – CPA
Jack, one of our team members that specializes in Risk Assessment and Auditing comes to us with over 33 years of public accounting and private industry experience. He has held senior level executive management positions; including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of several multi-million dollar companies. He is well versed in all forms of capital raise, including all types of bank financing, Private Equity, IPO’s and multi-tiered private financing. Jack’s experience includes holding numerous positions; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer of an international, multi-state healthcare development and management company. His significant accomplishments include over $200 million in capital raised, he has achieved profitable growth from $6 million to over $75 million in revenue, and has successfully acquired and integrated of over 30 different entities in various industries. Jack was named Deloitte and Touche’s - Senior Consultant and Audit Manager in the “Big 4” international accounting firm. He has significant experience in Initial Public Offerings, and other registered securities offerings. Jack considers himself a partner in financial consulting and insurance services. His projects include assisting small and mid-sized firms with strategic planning, budgeting, tax strategies, loan restructuring, establishing financial, operating and internal controls systems. Although he has a broad industry knowledge that includes real estate, construction, retail, manufacturing and healthcare- his focus is on small and mid-sized companies.
